Service animals generally, a public accommodation shall modify policies, practices, or procedures to permit the use of a service animal by an individual with a disability.

Exceptions. A public accommodation may ask an individual with a disability to remove a service animal from the premises if:

We advocate for the rights of people with legitimate service animals, but when false claims are made, as to service animals, we will protect our rights by:

  • Reporting our suspicions of false claims to the local police

  • Ask the offending party to leave
