Each Apartment has a living area with a queen size sleeper sofa, and a separate bedroom with a king bed, as well as a separate full size kitchen with dishwasher and a full bath with a bath tub.

The one-bedroom apartments in The Sea Foam have two additional *Bahama beds and an additional full bath.

Apartment number 39 has an additional half bath

*A Bahama bed is a twin bed at night and a sofa in the day.
